How to submit a clean support claim

The first ticket message should explain the problem clearly, include what you tested, and point to any evidence support should inspect.

Use a direct format

  • What you bought.
  • What is wrong now.
  • What you already tried.
  • What result you expected.

Avoid these mistakes

  • Very short messages like 'does not work'.
  • Opening a new ticket before support replies to the first one.
  • Leaving out the order-specific context.
