The first ticket message should explain the problem clearly, include what you tested, and point to any evidence support should inspect.
Use a direct format
- What you bought.
- What is wrong now.
- What you already tried.
- What result you expected.
Avoid these mistakes
- Very short messages like 'does not work'.
- Opening a new ticket before support replies to the first one.
- Leaving out the order-specific context.
