What does Ranked Ready mean?

Blue Essence is high enough for your champion plans. The account status shown on the listing still matches what you are buying.

Can I change the currency?

Storefront pricing is currently shown in USD. Currency switching is not active yet in the local version. At the moment, listings and checkout totals are displayed in USD. If currency support is added later, the help center and checkout flow can be updated without changing the main buying journey. Double-check your card, wallet, or payment provider conversion rate. Review the final amount inside checkout before confirming payment.

Where can I find my past purchases?

All completed customer orders appear in My account inside the account delivery history table. Go to My account after signing in with your customer account. Your order history shows delivered accounts, purchase date, price, review actions, and support ticket actions. Open a review for a delivered order. Open a support ticket if something is wrong. See which orders already have an open dispute.

What if I still need help after reading the articles?

Accepted Answer

If the articles do not solve the issue, open a ticket directly from the order row inside My account so support sees the correct purchase immediately. Open the ticket from the exact order inside My account instead of sending a vague request without order context. That keeps the conversation linked to the purchased account and makes support threads easier to review. What exactly failed or looks incorrect. What you already tried. Any proof or screenshots that support should review.

How fast is account delivery?

In the local flow, successful checkout immediately creates the order and attaches the delivered account details to it. Once checkout succeeds, the order is created and the delivery account is assigned from live stock. That delivery then becomes visible from the customer account side rather than relying on manual sending. Check that you signed in to the correct customer account. Review the matching order row inside My account. Open a ticket from that order if the delivered credentials do not match expectations.

What happens when I checkout as a guest?

Guest checkout still creates your site account using the checkout email, then a password setup flow lets you sign in later. The checkout email becomes the base for your customer account. After purchase, a password setup flow lets you finish access and come back to the same account later. Your future orders can stay tied to one customer identity. Support tickets, reviews, and coins can keep following the same account.

How does the coins system work?

Customers earn 5 coins for every $1 actually spent, and every 100 coins can reduce a future checkout by $1. Coins are tied to the customer account, not just the browser session. Redemption reduces the checkout total, and new coins are earned from the final paid amount. If you checkout with an email that already belongs to an existing customer account, the new coins can keep building on that account. Signing in is only required when you want to spend saved coins during checkout.

Where do I find the delivered credentials?

Delivered account details stay attached to the matching order so you can review them again from order history later. Each purchased order keeps its own delivery payload. That makes it easier to review exactly which account was assigned, especially when multiple accounts are purchased. If you buy more than one unit of the same listing, the delivery flow assigns separate stock accounts per unit. The order history remains the cleanest place to confirm what was delivered.
