What if the password does not work?
If the delivered password fails on first login, stop guessing and open a ticket quickly with the order context so support can review the stock record.
Before opening a ticket
- Copy the credentials carefully without extra spaces.
- Confirm you are using the right username or email for that order.
- Try only a small number of clean attempts.
Then escalate with context
If it still fails, open the ticket from the order row and explain exactly which login field failed.
That lets support compare your report with the stored delivery account.
